Castle & Cooke owns and has under development over 3.5 million square feet of retail in California, Hawaii, Arizona and North Carolina. In California it owns the 300,000 square foot Marketplace Shopping Center and is developing Corona Crossings, a 1.1 million square foot retail/entertainment center. In Hawaii, the Dole Cannery has become a 42-acre retail center that includes an 18-screen multi-plex.
