Copperopolis Town Square
Back to List
The concept of Copperopolis Town Square is that of a mixed-use town center with a pedestrian oriented retail focus. The architecture is historically sensitive, capturing the essence of the Sierra foothills gold country. The town consists of twenty-one buildings with a total of 233,000 square feet combined in one, two and three story buildings. The focal point of the town is the “town square” along with the beautiful Sawmill creek and lake on the western edge of the town that is being developed into an active park as part of the town’s pedestrian experience. Both on and off street parking together with wide sidewalks that have building roof extensions over most of the store fronts along with planting and rest areas will give the feeling of a true country town character.
